Omerta — Privacy Policy

Omerta ("the app") is an interactive fiction game published by Chinese Powered ("we", "us"). This policy describes what data the app handles. The short version: we do not collect any data at all.

Data we collect

None. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no server of ours that it talks to. We never see who you are or what you play.

Data stored on your device

Your story progress — episodes completed, the choices you made, your reading streak, and the display name you type for your character — is saved only in the app's local storage on your device. It never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the app schedules a local reminder on your device when your next episode unlocks. These notifications are generated entirely on-device; no push-notification service or server is involved.

Children

The app is an interactive story with mature themes (organized crime, romance) and is not directed at children.

Changes

If a future version of the app changes any of the above (for example, by adding optional purchases), this policy will be updated before that version ships.
